Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Surgery and Dental Care

We are happy to offer complete surgical and dental options to out clients.  Any anesthetic procedure can be daunting.  That's why here at Commonwealth Animal Hospital, we run pre-anesthetic panels on all of our surgical patients.  IV catheter placement ensures that we have quick access for emergency drugs, and all patients are monitored throughout the procedure and recovery process.

Dental cleanings are a necessary part of responsible pet ownership.  We provide professional and thorough cleaning, needed extractions, and, if necessary, antibiotic therapy for severe cases, as well as at home treatments.  Ask about our dental packages and how they might benefit your pet.

Payments

Commonwealth Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations upon request.

Discounts

Commonwealth Animal Hospital offers discounted services to senior citizens and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information.
