Cancellation Policy

Due to our growing client base, we at Commonwealth Animal Hospital would like to make certain that our existing clients can see us when needed.  Therefore, we are instituting a “No Show – 3 Strike” policy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply contact us and no penalty is acquired.  A fee will only be incurred on the third instance of “No Show” (i.e. missing an appointment with no attempt to contact our office).  The fee will be $59.00 which is equivalent to an office visit.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding this new policy.
