Due to our growing client base, we at Commonwealth Animal Hospital would like to make certain that our existing clients can see us when needed.  Therefore, we are instituting a "No Show - 3 Strike" policy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply contact us and no penalty is acquired.  A fee will only be incurred on the third instance of "No Show" (i.e. missing an appointment with no attempt to contact our office).  The fee will be $59.00 which is equivalent to an office visit.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding this new policy.
